Client Coordinator

The primary focus of the Client Coordinator is to develop and manage the relationship between ECI and the assigned client manufacturer. This is accomplished through daily management of the client's military aftermarket business with the U.S. Government. The Client Coordinator performs a wide range of other general duties in support of daily operations of the company. Client Specialist

The Client Specialist performs a wide range of general duties in support of daily operations. They are responsible for processing quotes and orders using online software applications, preparing and updating client reports using Excel, and routing customer or client inquiries via phone or email.
